ORMA is founded by Jorge Dioneda who worked in global banks in range of positions prior this website in year 2019. Currently, Jorge E. Dioneda is the Managing Principal & Chief AI Architect of Quantech International Solutions. He is an accomplished Enterprise Transformation Leader with extensive experience driving organizational change across risk management, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence initiatives.
Over the course of his career, he has successfully led the development of enterprise processes, AI-powered systems, and transformation programs that enhanced operational efficiency, governance, and business performance. Widely recognized as a seasoned risk management executive, he has served as Chief Risk Officer for several major financial institutions and multinational organizations, where he led enterprise-wide risk, governance, and regulatory transformation initiatives.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with certifications in Financial Technology and Applied Data Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, he combines strategic leadership with strong technical expertise in AI, software development, analytics, and enterprise systems.
He is a Certified Public Accountant by profession. He participated in Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) ‘s Financial Technology: Future Commerce where his project was among the few chosen Capstone Projects.
